We have a few options for your 'study holiday'. You can stay with us for a few days, weeks or months for just a homestay or a homestay tutoring program. All payments are payable in Canadian currency. Please contact us for more information or for a rate plan.
Shared rooms- Each room is very comfortable, spacious, private, and can be occupied by two students; Male-male, female-female, or couples. (Rooms are for double occupancy and have two double beds in each room.)
English lessons are offered daily. The instructor will gear lessons toward the students’ needs. Students can study TOEFL tet taking skills, TOEIC test taking skills, English grammar, reading, writing, listening, and pronunciation.
The island is situated in the middle of Lake Huron. Students will arrive in Toronto and can either fly locally to Sudbury Airport or take a bus or train to Sudbury after arriving at Pearson International Airport in Toronto. We will meet and pick up students in Sudbury and bring them to the island. Airport pick-up ($50) and airport drop-off ($50) is $100 per student.
Additional costs for personal shopping, souvenirs, restaurant meals, ferry and bus rides and other day trip expenses are the students' responsibility. Automobile transportation to all day trips is free.
Students must get travel and medical insurance before leaving their country. A waiver will be signed upon registration as well.
